In 1993, Foglio began publishing the 8-issue limited series Buck Godot - Zap Gun for Hire through Palliard Press. Ī single-page Buck Godot story also appeared in E-Man #9 (December 1983). This was followed in 1987 by a full-length graphic novel, Buck Godot: PSmIth, also published by Starblaze. In 1986, the three stories by Foglio were colored and compiled along with a new fourth story in Buck Godot: Zap Gun for Hire, a graphic novel published by Starblaze Graphics. and penciled by Doug Rice, which has never been reprinted, appeared in #8 (winter 1984). A fourth story written by John J Buckley, Jr. More Buck Godot stories followed in issues #3 (1982) and #5 (spring 1983). He's also married to me.The first Buck Godot story appeared in issue #2 (summer 1982) of the anthology comic book Just Imagine, published by Just Imagine Graphix. He's easily produced more Narbonic-related art than any cartoonist besides myself. Trudy Cooper is the utterly brilliant creator of Platinum Grit. William G is the awesome creator of It's About Girls, on Modern Tales, and Bang Barstal, on Graphic Smash.Īaron Neathery, in addition to drawing the first Narbonic guest week, has created a number of adorable and occasionally disturbing comics, including Albert, Ed Deadeye, and Daycare. His print work includes art for Harvey Pekar's American Splendor. Joe Zabel's online "Trespassers" stories have run on Modern Tales and elsewhere. He also draws special sequences in my comic Smithson, and he once drew a Marvel comic I wrote entitled "Moleman's Christmas," which was awfully kind of him. His comic Fred the Clown runs on WebComicsNation. Roger Langridge is one of the very best cartoonists working today. He drew the bonus story in Volume 3 of the Narbonic print collections. He and his wife Kaja collaborate on Girl Genius, the other webcomic about a blonde, bespectacled mad scientist girl.
